Qynesha Day –
bought the Dravonic 21-pint dehumidifier for my basement, and so far, it’s doing a solid job. The space is around 1,200 sq ft and gets pretty damp during the summer. Within a few hours of running this thing, I noticed a big difference—the air felt less heavy, and there was less of that musty smell I usually get down there.
It was super easy to set up—just plug it in, choose your settings, and you’re good to go. I like that it has a continuous drain option because the tank fills up fast on humid days. I hooked up the hose it came with, and now I don’t have to worry about emptying it constantly.
It’s fairly quiet for what it does—I can still hear it, but it’s more of a low hum. I usually set it to 45–50% humidity and let it run throughout the day. The display is clear, and the controls are easy to figure out, even without reading the manual.
Overall, it’s a reliable little unit that does what it promises. If you’ve got a damp basement, laundry room, or small apartment, this is a great buy for the price.
